Senior UX Designer - content design (Orlando, FL)

Bright River Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Orlando, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
