Senior UX Designer - content design (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
