Senior UX Designer - content design (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in student accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
