Senior UX Designer - content design (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Ivory Banking Services Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 443 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in card disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
