Senior UX Designer - content design (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Pine Financial is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
