Senior UX Designer - content design (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Quarry Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
