Senior UX Designer - content design (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Nashville. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
