Senior UX Designer - content design (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Linden Banking Services is a regional lender in Nashville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Design for tasks around account openings that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
