Senior UX Designer - content design (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical Group is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around complaint handling that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in complaint handling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
