Senior UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Willow Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
