Senior UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bright Community Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around food distribution that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
