Senior UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Umber Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
