Senior UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

Nova Rook Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
