Senior UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Memphis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
