Senior UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Granite Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in store inventory. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
