Senior UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
