Senior UX Designer - content design (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Keystone Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
