Senior UX Designer - content design (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Sable Press Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
