Senior UX Designer - content design (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Beacon Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
