Senior UX Designer - content design (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Louisville. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
