Senior UX Designer - content design (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Knoxville, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
