Senior UX Designer - content design (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Insurance and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
