Senior UX Designer - content design (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
