Senior UX Designer - content design (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Markets and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
