Senior UX Designer - content design (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
