Senior UX Designer - content design (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Fox Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
