Senior UX Designer - content design (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Summit Iron Pharma Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
