Senior UX Designer - content design (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
