Senior UX Designer - content design (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Oak Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of about 210 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
