Senior UX Designer - content design (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Beacon Financial Group serves customers across Fresno with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
