Senior UX Designer - content design (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
