Senior UX Designer - content design (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fort Worth producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
