Senior UX Designer - content design (Denver, CO)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Denver. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
