Senior UX Designer - content design (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ember Press and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around proofing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
