Senior UX Designer - content design (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 874 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
