Senior UX Designer - content design (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Kestrel Press Group is a printer and publisher in Cleveland serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in paper stock. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
