Senior UX Designer - content design (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
