Senior UX Designer - content design (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Keystone Health is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in electronic records.
