Senior UX Designer - content design (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lakeside Transit Planning Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around survey data that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
