Senior UX Designer - content design (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Quill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Cincinnati serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
