Senior UX Designer - content design (Charleston, SC)

Nova Summit Pharma develops and makes medicines in Charleston. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
