Senior UX Designer - content design (Boston, MA)

Nova Glen Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boston. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
