Senior UX Designer - content design (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Vista Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Boise, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in account servicing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
