Senior UX Designer - content design (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
