Senior UX Designer - content design (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Boise with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Boise. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around underwriting files that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in underwriting files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
