Senior UX Designer - content design (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Maple Financial and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in loan applications. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
