Senior UX Designer - content design (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Mill Transit Planning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people based in Boise. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around ridership counts that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
