Senior UX Designer - content design (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Meadow Financial is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on content design for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory reports. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
