Senior UX Designer - content design (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rook Financial Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in vendor spend. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
