Senior UX Designer - content design (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Field Pharma develops and makes medicines in Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on content design. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinical studies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
